Mike Krajewski is President of Masaba, Inc., a Vermillion, South Dakota–based manufacturer serving the aggregates and material handling industries. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, engineering, sales, and operations, with a career spanning publicly traded companies, family-owned businesses, and private-equity-owned organizations. A graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Mike holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Since joining Masaba in 2022, he has led a significant turnaround focused on leadership development, operational discipline, and scalable growth – nearly doubling revenue while strengthening company culture and workforce engagement. Mike has extensive experience addressing workforce challenges through collaboration, process improvement, and innovative organizational design.
