Executive Director, Lake Francis Case Economic Development
Sheena Larsen is the Executive Director of the Lake Francis Case Economic Development Corporation, a role she assumed full-time in 2024. Sheena leads efforts to support business growth, workforce development, and community vitality in the Chamberlain-Oacoma area. LFCDC serves as the sponsor of apprenticeship programs, providing direct support to local small businesses, employees, and working with the Start Today SD team. Sheena is actively working to expand these programs to strengthen the local workforce and create new career pathways.
