DLR, Workforce Programs Administrator
Taunya Charlton is the Workforce Programs Administrator for the South Dakota Department of Labor & Regulation (DLR), where she provides statewide leadership and strategic direction for Employment and Business Services and several federal employer-focused programs. She oversees workforce policy, program strategy, and modernization efforts that strengthen how South Dakota businesses connect with talent, while providing leadership to the Business Services team that works directly with employers and local partners.
