Fifty years ago, two young electrical engineering professors from South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD, decided to start a company that would keep engineering graduates in South Dakota.

Today, this company has grown to become the world’s industry leader in designing and manufacturing electronic scoreboards, programmable display system and large screen video displays.
