The Board of Economic Development may provide grants to assist in funding the construction or reconstruction of infrastructure for the purpose of serving economic development projects.
Any local development corporation, tribal government, or political subdivision of this state may apply to the Board of Economic Development for a Local Infrastructure Improvement Grant under this program.
