PIERRE, SD – The South Dakota Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) Board of Economic Development and the Economic Development Finance Authority (EDFA) took action at their meetings.
Old Tree Farms LLC was approved for the Livestock Nutrient Management Bond by the EDFA. Up to $271,000 was approved for the construction expenditures associated with the collection, containment, further processing, and disposal of the solid waste manure that is generated by the dairy operation in Volga.
High Plains Processing of Davison County was approved for a grant of $6,606,962 through the Reinvestment Payment Program. This funding will assist with construction.
