Loan and grant approved at monthly meeting

PIERRE, SD – The South Dakota Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) Board of Economic Development met this week.

The Board of Economic Development approved one loan and one grant at this month’s meeting:

• A Reinvestment Payment Program (RPP) grant totaling $14,976,206 was approved for 3M Center of Brookings for the construction of multiple shipping docks, warehouse, manufacturing space, as well as lab and office space.
• A SD Works loan for $450,000 was approved for Kroeplin Air, LLC of Highmore for the purchase of two airplane hangars.
