The GOED is working with the vendors GIS Planning and ReSimplifi to provide and populate a property database that showcases available commercial and industrial real estate across South Dakota. Any available property that is listed with a realtor should now be automatically updating in the database.

The database is open to our economic development partners across the state to add and maintain their own properties as well. If you have a property you would like to list with the GOED, please take a few moments to review the guidelines below and then register for access to the database to begin listing.
