The Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) highlighted a year of growth and success in the state at its annual conference on Tuesday, April 25. Governor Kristi Noem celebrated this year’s major award winners: Milbank as the Community of the Year; and Jesse Fonkert and Steve Watson as the recipients of the Excellence in Economic Development Award.
